For over 15 years, he's honed his expertise in operational efficiency and digital marketing, committed to the long-term success of independent retailers.  

As Vice President of Human Resources, Erika is the key executive responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within Mega. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. She leads a team of HR professionals, drives talent acquisition and retention initiatives, and develops programs to enhance employee engagement and development.

Laura leads a dedicated team at Expert Accounting, focused on delivering seamless financial services to retail clients across Canada. With a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving, she ensures clients receive reliable reporting and consistent support to keep their operations running smoothly.

As the President and CFO of Mega Financial Services of Mega Group, Kevin is responsible for oversight of the Financial Reporting, Credit, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Accounting/Operations.
